Description & pictures are provided by manufacturer. exportappliances.com attempts to display accurate product images. However, alternate images are sometimes displayed when the correct images are not available. You must carefully read the product specifications to verify your purchase and not rely solely on the images. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends upon the monitor you are using. Export Appliances does not take responsibility for the quality of the images as well as sales that resulted from the image.
Sales and discounts do not include every brand, make or model. Please check your shopping cart for the exact discount amount. Not all sales are combinable with other special offers. Total qualifying price does not include delivery or installation fees.
Export Appliances is located in Houston, Texas& we do not collect sales tax for any shipment made outside state of Texas. Shipment made within state of Texas or picked up at store is subjected to Texas sales tax.
Paying for Your Order:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. We also accept checks, money orders, wire transfers and purchase orders. Please note that as quickly as your payment is received and verified, you order will be processed.
Credit Card Declines:
If your credit card is declined during order processing, we will attempt to notify via email and/or by telephone. If it doesn’t work at all then we have right to cancel your order.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Alternate Billing/Shipping Address:
If you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct billing address. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you must list the shipping address as an alternate address on your credit card with bank. If it is not on file your order will be on hold. (Not applicable for Government orders & APO/FPO/DPO Shipments)
Actual shipping times are contingent upon availability of merchandise and payment confirmation. No orders are processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item or cancel your order.

We will exchange or return the Defective item within 30 Days of invoice date.After 30 days we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell. Keep the boxes!Any defective item that needs to be exchanged or refunded MUST be sent to us with its original manufacturer carton and with matching serial number and then double boxed. Otherwise we will not be able to exchange or refund for the item.
Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.
Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery.
After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged
In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization.
We will not accept any returns without a return authorization.
Non-defective items that are returned are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges to and from our location are not refundable for returned items.
Any item that needs to be exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by customer.
You must return the item using the same shipping methods as it was originally shipped.
We do not accept returns on special orders, accessories & parts.
